5 Seconds of Summer is an Australian pop punk band from Sydney that formed in 2011. The group were originally YouTube celebrities, posting videos of themselves covering songs from various artists during 2011 and early 2012. The group has been named as a boy band in the media, though the members reject this description. In February 2014, the band published "She Looks So Perfect" worldwide as its debut single, which topped the charts in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the United Kingdom.Following the release of their first album "5 Seconds of Summer" and their live album "LiveSOS" in 2014. They flew to Los Angeles in early 2015 to start writing and recording for what was to become their second album. On their headline tour beginning in early May, they began performing a new song titled "Permanent Vacation."On August 12, 2015 they announced the title and cover art for the record, with pre-orders starting on August 14 in each time zone. Each pre-order gets an instant download of the new tracks "She's Kinda Hot." "Fly Away." "Jet Black Heart." "Money." and "Hey Everybody." Sounds Good Feels Good is the second studio album by 5 Seconds of Summer. It was released worldwide by Capitol Records on October 23, 2015. The album is preceded by the singles "She's Kinda Hot" and "Hey Everybody!".
